Galaxy S23 launch date apparently leaks, and it’s earlier than previous launch

  • Various leakers assert the Samsung Galaxy S23 launch date could be on February 1, 2023.
  • That would likely be for the US, meaning it would be February 2 for most of the rest of the world.
  • The phones would probably hit store shelves about two weeks later.

According to three prominent leakers, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event might have leaked. This event would see the launch of the next Galaxy S flagships, which we expect to be called the Galaxy S23 series.

The leak started with Ice Universe, who simply tweeted “February 1.” The leaker then followed that up with a tweet of “Galaxy Unpacked.” Chiming in, frequent leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer (aka OnLeaks) responded with a GIF affirming Ice’s statement to be true. This suggests both leakers agree the Samsung Galaxy S23 launch date could be February 1.
