  • Details have emerged about a new device Google is working on.
  • The device has the codename “G10.”
  • The display is said to be made by a different display manufacturer than the one used for the Pixel 7 Pro.

After launching the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, it appears that Google isn’t resting on its laurels quite yet. The company is rumored to be hard at work developing a secret device that’s believed to be a new high-end Pixel phone that could be added to the Pixel 7 lineup.

Leading up to the release of the Pixel 7 series, we learned that the Pixel 7 had the codename “P10” (Panther) and the Pixel 7 Pro had the codename “C10” (Cheetah) thanks to publicly available code from the Android Open Source Project found by 9To5Google. We also learned that Google was preparing support for a new display codenamed “G10.”
